Compositional code is an important computational approach for representing both physical objects and abstract concepts. Our lab aims to uncover the compositional nature of symbolic computations during cognitive processes—including learning, memory, and problem-solving.
I am a neuroscientist focusing on exploring the neural foundations of higher cognitive functions in primate monkeys. I finished my Ph.D. under the guidance of Dr. Tianming Yang at Institute of Neuroscience, Chinese Academy of Sciences, where I studied value-based decision making. Subsequently, I work as a postdoctoral fellow in Liping Wang's lab to study sequence working memory.
